Document Surcharge Configuration
Effortlessly configure document surcharges by assigning them directly to customers or vendors or linking them to surcharge groups. Define details such as description, validity period, line type, and minimum amount threshold. Enable graduated surcharges and calculate them with ease.
Surcharge Application
When you select an item with an assigned item surcharge on your documents, the surcharge smoothly integrates into the lines.
If there's an additional document surcharge applicable, it can be automatically added upon release or by using the "Calculate Document Surcharge" feature.
Optionally, you can choose to prorate the document surcharge to align with the invoice amount during partial shipping.
