In the default Complaint type setup, create unique types with codes and descriptions. Assign entity types, responsible users, and gravity levels for streamlined complaint management.

Customize Complaint Statuses: Tailor stages for each complaint type, set codes, and descriptions. Control the order, including 'New,' 'Registered,' 'Solved, 'Manual', and 'Closed.' Configure the steps with durations as needed. Streamline notifications for efficient management.

The claim card is a comprehensive repository of claim details, encompassing type, reason, priority, and descriptive title. It facilitates linking claims to contacts (customers, vendors) and documents (orders, invoices, etc.), tracking statuses, and assigning responsible employees. Streamline processes by generating return orders or credit memos directly from the card. Additionally, you can easily link, and if necessary, block associated documents for efficient management.

Create Complaint

With a few clicks, navigate to the Actions menu within any sales or purchase document and select "Create Complaint." Powerblox automatically suggests complaint types based on the document, saving you time and ensuring accuracy. Provide any additional details and submit - our system takes care of the rest, initiating your predefined procedures.

Blocked documents

Tired of accidentally sending reminders or paying invoices for unresolved complaints? Powerblox Complaint Management solves this problem with its Blocked Documents feature. Block invoices and sales orders from reminders and payments while you resolve complaints, and have them automatically reinstated when the complaint is closed.

Link Complaints

This can be useful in situations where multiple customers are reporting the same issue, or if a single issue is related to multiple complaints. For example, if a shipping agent loses a package, you can link the customer complaint about the lost package to the complaint that you create for the shipping agent. This way, all of the relevant information is in one place and can be easily referenced.

Resolution Documents

Users can create resolution documents, such as credit memos or return orders, directly from the complaint card. Powerblox Complaint Management automatically retrieves prices and discounts from the source document and transfers them to the resolution document. Users also have the flexibility to edit these documents as needed. The generated resolution documents are then linked to the complaint card for easy access.
