Blocked documents

Link Complaints
This can be useful in situations where multiple customers are reporting the same issue, or if a single issue is related to multiple complaints. For example, if a shipping agent loses a package, you can link the customer complaint about the lost package to the complaint that you create for the shipping agent. This way, all of the relevant information is in one place and can be easily referenced.
Resolution Documents
Users can create resolution documents, such as credit memos or return orders, directly from the complaint card. Powerblox Complaint Management automatically retrieves prices and discounts from the source document and transfers them to the resolution document. Users also have the flexibility to edit these documents as needed. The generated resolution documents are then linked to the complaint card for easy access.
